Duct cleaning in Boucherville : Our Method
We use the method recognized as the most effective in the industry, powered by our high-capacity truck-mounted units.
- Negative pressure. Our suction system connects directly to your duct network. Air and dust are pulled outside your home and into the truck.
- Dislodging debris. A high-speed rotating rubber nozzle sprays a powerful jet of air that loosens dirt from the duct walls without damaging them.
- HEPA capture and treatment. Debris is drawn into our dust collector, equipped with a HEPA filter, so no dust is released into your home. An antibacterial fogging treatment is then applied as needed.
When the job is done, the technician shows you the results and hands you your certificate.
How Much Does Duct Cleaning Cost in Boucherville?
The price of duct cleaning mainly depends on:
- The number of supply and return vents;
- The type of system (forced air, central heat pump, air exchanger only);
- How accessible the ducts and furnace are;
- How dirty the system is.
As a guide, prices start at approximately $450 + tax for a standard home with around 15 vents. The exact price is confirmed before any work begins, with no surprises.
Save with our bundles: combine your duct cleaning with air exchanger cleaning or dryer vent cleaning and take advantage of our promotions.
When Should You Have Your Air Ducts Cleaned?
Cleaning every 3 to 5 years is generally recommended. Some situations call for cleaning sooner:
- You just bought a home in Boucherville and don’t know its maintenance history.
- You recently finished renovations. Drywall dust and sawdust get into the ducts.
- Dust comes back quickly on your furniture after cleaning.
- You notice an odour when the furnace or air conditioning starts.
- Someone in your household has allergies or asthma.
- You have pets.
You see mould or black marks around the vents.
Air Exchanger Cleaning in Boucherville
The air exchanger is often forgotten, yet it renews the air throughout your home. When it’s dirty, it loses power and can encourage germs and bacteria to spread. We recommend cleaning it every 3 years, as well as after renovations. Our technicians are trained to clean all brands, including Lifebreath, Fantech and Venmar.

A skilled and meticulous technician
Suffering from severe allergies, my doctor advised me to have my ventilation ducts cleaned. I called Nettoyeur de La Cité and the lady at customer service took all the time necessary to explain the steps of the cleaning as well as the rates. The technician was very competent and thorough. He took great care in setting up his equipment, protecting the surfaces and showed me the results of the cleaning at the end. He also gave me a cleaning certificate. I will do business with them next time for sure!
